Story by story, book by book, we've changed more than 100 million lives. Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Mass Merch team! In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales team, playing a key part in achieving and exceeding our sales goals.

You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with our customers and key internal partners. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities and contributing to our continued growth and success.

This is a full-time position based in our Naperville, IL office, with hybrid work options available (2-3 days in office).

Key Responsibilities : Act as a communication liaison between sales / marketing, sales / editorial, and sales / production teams for materials.

Create mockups of materials and send sample products to customers as needed. Prepare sales and budgeting data upon request, and coordinate completion of weekly print decision entries.

Assist Account Managers in preparing for customer meetings, including creating presentation materials via PowerPoint and ordering samples.

Manage both internal and external title data entry, and update title changes as needed. Maintain and track co-op pools for each retailer.

Create and monitor requests for sales and marketing materials. Attend Sourcebooks companywide meetings, internal sales conferences, and editorial presentations.

Attend customer line reviews and retailer presentations. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all assistance and support requests.

Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience in a sales role. Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail, adept at managing multiple tasks daily.

Proactive and collaborative mindset, passionate about books and contributing to team success. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
