Corporate Risk & Broking Business Solutions & Execution Leader
The Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) Business Solutions & Execution Leader is highly collaborative and provides both the strategic vision and day-to-day direction to the national CRB business. In this role, you'll own the CRB industry and specialties business across North America : developing and driving the strategy, then executing it fully to hit business-plan targets. The Industry and Specialties Strategy & Execution Leader drives WTW's growth by overseeing business expansion into existing and untapped markets. This includes developing strategies and service offerings through IVDs for our national client portfolio. This position develops strategic business plans and initiatives, then executes them through Regional and IVD Leaders by providing strategy, operations, and sales leadership; identifies acquisition opportunities, joint ventures, potential targets, and other partnership opportunities. Leads business development; leads in difficult negotiations and assists with building a senior-level talent pipeline. Responsible for creating the vision, clearly communicating the plan to senior leaders, executing related initiatives, and sustaining implementation efforts. Results-oriented business executive leading a large, multinational, complex businesswith direct responsibility for driving NA CRB strategy and execution to meet target results. Strong focus on leading senior management, including regional management, industry and specialty leaders, and other sales professionals. Manage controllable expenses within targets to achieve margin goals. Steer NA leadership through the transition to an industry and specialty focused model, prioritizing extraordinary revenue and margin growth. Leads senior management to achieve high client satisfaction, retain top senior talent, and drive business growthintegrating strategies like analytics and CRB's Engagement 365 approach. Defines, creates, and implements the long-term vision for the NA CRB business, including growth strategies and execution plans that support NA IVD businesses. Identifies and clearly differentiates WTW from competitors in the marketplace. Also creates differentiated intellectual capital by leveraging continuous improvements in strategy and execution to speed up results delivery. Creates and develops strong relationships with internal and external industry leaders, ensuring WTW NA CRB exceeds marketplace expectations. Collaborates with other leaders and Intellectual Capital leaders to develop and market client strategies that deepen, broaden, and build profitable relationships with key buyers in target organizations. Accountable for increasing market presence in the industry. Understands target audiences, shapes strategic thinking, and drives execution of the business's vision. Stays deeply engaged in the market through industry events, client events, and publications. Builds an internal community and develops senior-level talent. Develops broad strategic plans to retain existing clients by ensuring effective leadership and deployment of management to deliver unparalleled service. Develop strategic goals for WTW NA CRB that positively impact and strengthen carrier relations, carrier management and broking, and foster differentiated outcomes for our clients and prospects. Primary responsibility to create strategies that capture greater market share in NA, anticipate market shifts, and develop strategies ahead of the curve to win business. Identify strategic risks and create and implement strategies to mitigate risks. Meet or exceed all financial and workplace performance goals. Ensure applicable metrics and performance indicators are in place to measure and track strategic planning and execution. Actively participate in the Executive leadership, Regional leadership, and Cross-Segment leadership teams. Partner with other local leaders to shape and deliver a positive, inclusive work environment, consistent with WTW values. Participate on cross-functional leadership teams, representing the local viewpoint and contributing relevant intellectual capital as needed.
Qualifications :
Master's degree preferred, with a degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience. 8+ years' experience in leading strategic planning or consulting. Management experience required. Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives and driving business growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose complex issues, comprehend the full breadth of WTW's NA CRB business and culture, and develop strategies that leverage the company's strengths, service resources, and people. Strong track record of being highly collaborative across multiple disciplines and guiding wide-ranging leadership teams at multiple levels toward increased revenue growth. Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building prowess. Experience articulating complex technical issues and solutions to the C-suite across disciplines, while navigating internally to assemble the right team for delivery. Ability to successfully direct multiple projects and ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget. An executive presence with polished and well-developed oral and written communication skills. Availability to travel on an as-needed basis.
Compensation and Benefits :
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state / local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education / professional certifications, qualifications / experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $250,000$350,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
