Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Data & Visualization Engineer with strong analytical, coding, and data tracing skills to join a dynamic cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying the source of truth across complex datasets, building and maintaining data pipelines, and delivering insightful visualizations that support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and visualizations.
- Trace back data logic and code to validate data lineage and ensure accuracy.
- Work with cross-functional partners including principal engineers, domain leads, and finance teams to support data-driven initiatives.
- Build and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI .
- Utilize Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and integration.
- Collaborate closely with team members across technology and business domains to ensure data reliability and accessibility.
- Document workflows and share knowledge with other team members.
Required Technical Skills :
5–6 years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields.Proficiency in Python and SQL .Strong experience with Power BI and data visualization best practices.Experience working with Azure and AWS environments.Proven ability to trace and validate data sources and code to identify the source of truth.Soft Skills :
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Strong communication and documentation skills.Capacity to mentor and share knowledge with peers.Preferred Qualifications :
Background in financial data or experience supporting finance-related projects.Hands-on experience with automation tools or processes.Team Environment :
You’ll collaborate with a team of approximately 10–12 professionals, including senior engineers, domain leaders, and finance partners. The role is considered high priority, and candidates available to start immediately will be given preference.
