Seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support fulfillment operations for Metro by client dealer channel. Role involves managing customer orders, shipments, inquiries, and credits while ensuring on-time delivery and process accuracy. Responsibilities include order entry / validation, monitoring open orders, coordinating with channel managers / logistics, resolving backorders / returns, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications :

1–2 years supply chain experience; knowledge of S&OP and fulfillment.

Strong Excel skills (pivots, formulas, filters).

SAP ECC / Oracle Fusion experience preferred.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
