Position Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).

Licensure : Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.

Standards : Complies with accepted professional standards and practices.

Clinical Expertise :

Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized client care plans.

Experience in managing and evaluating client outcomes.

Familiarity with state and federal regulations in home care.

Proven ability to supervise and guide caregivers in providing high-quality care.

Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.

Communication :

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to provide clear and accurate documentation of care.

Adaptability in handling unexpected challenges and emergencies.

Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.

High attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities.

Familiarity with scheduling and reporting software.

Knowledge of Wellsky is a plus, will train
