Field Service Technician Chemical
FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN- CHEMICAL
Qualifications
w Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
w Experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
w Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
w Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed
w Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs
Responsibilities :
w Repairing chemical equipment such as dishwashing machines , laundry machines, soap dispensers etc.
w Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as coffee brewers, espresso machines and juice machines
w Follow company procedures for processing work tickets / warranty claims / ordering parts required to complete repairs
w Must be able to travel to several locations throughout the day and work independently
w Provide superior customer service
