Officers will patrol designated property to monitor and prevent intrusion, damages, hazards, and breaches of the peace. Will provide a visible presence which enforces safety and security.
Responds to alarms and requests for assistance, detects and confronts unauthorized persons and violators which are trespassing on assigned properties.
Enforces relevant laws and regulations pertaining to all individuals on the property. Report infractions and violations.
Conduct exterior property checks for maintenance issues, malfunctions, or hazards. Prepare written reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents.
Must be 21 years of age and have current California guard card, current, valid drivers license, and no disqualifying criminal history.
Working knowledge of State laws and regulations.
Must be reliable and dependable with integrity and moral fitness. Must be able to react appropriately in emergency and high stress situations.
