JOB DESCRIPTION
The Visual Specialist is responsible for theexecution of visual presentations for each floor set based oncurrent company strategy set by cross functional leadership.
Additional supportincludes visual merchandising for monthly concept meetings virtualmerchandising and special oneoff projects.
Responsibilities :
Supportsthe visual merchandising team by helping to story tell brandelevating visual merchandising presentations to drive traffic andconversion.
Executescreative concepts seasonal floor sets product launches tests andother special projects.
Assists and prioritizes multiple projects for the VisualManager to meet all visual / marketing milestones.
Delivers consistent innovativeand merchandising solutions that improve the instore experiencedrive traffic and meets Brand objectives.
Stays current with fashion beauty interiorand competitive trends via market patterning in order to create newand innovative thinking.
Visits stores to understand the customer needs in orderto identify goforward opportunities.
90% of job responsibility will requirevirtual store design programing and developing instore visualmerchandising for select store formats
Experience :
24 years visualmerchandising
BAMarketing Fashion Merchandising Art or equivalent experience
Qualifications :
Experience delivering in fast paced environment withattention to detail ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability tounderstand and execute product positioning strategies
Strong Communication andpresentation skills
Experienced in Window operating system and workingknowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
