Sun Eagle Corporation is a 46-year old General Contractor. We build commercial buildings throughout Maricopa County. We are presently interviewing for a COMMERCIAL BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT for various commercial, municipal and government projects.
Preference will be given to applicants who have NEW BUILDING construction and electrical upgrades experience. Applicants must have experience as a primary Superintendent on their resume.
- Required experience includes : using PROCORE project management software, building a construction schedule for a new, ground-up building using Microsoft Project;
- managing weekly meetings with owners / architects; manage subcontractor scheduling meetings; provide 3-week look-ahead schedules;
- 30-hour OSHA certification; daily safety walk inspections; manage all subcontractors; write all RFI’s, assist PM with monthly draw applications;
