Family Practice OR Internal Medicine Physician Chicago, IL
We are looking for a motivated Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our medical practice full time in Chicago, IL.
Ideally, the incoming Physician is driven and committed to providing high quality care. We will consider a MD / DO who is BCBE in either Family Practice or Internal Medicine. Must be fluent in Spanish.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide and manage direct patient care, Including physical examinations, evaluations, assessment, diagnoses and treatment.
- Order diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, electrocardiogram and laboratory test and interpret test results.
- Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medication and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.
- Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information
- Communicate patient needs, diagnosis, and course of treatment to the patient, company, as well as other clinical staff and instruct and educate patients about discharge instructions if applicable
- Collaborate with the physicians, PA’s, and office staff for comprehensive patient care
- Documentation- timely and accurate (EMR)
