Are you ready to elevate your skillset with Timken? As part of our Aurora Bearing team, you'll receive dedicated support through ongoing training, opening pathways to career enhancement. Opportunities are available for dedicated individuals on both day and afternoon shifts.

Compensation starts between $18.50-$19, with an additional $1.50 for those on the second shift.

In This Role

You'll immerse yourself in the dynamic operation of assorted machinery like presses and drills, achieving perfection through precise operational adjustments.
Perform quality assessments with gauges, ensuring parts meet stringent production criteria.
Configure machinery based on extensive experience, achieving the precision required for high-quality outputs.
Conduct routine assessments ensuring machines are in top working order.

Who Thrives Here

Individuals with a high school diploma or GED who are eager to learn.

Proficiency in blueprint literacy is essential, as are excellent communication capabilities.

Hands-on manufacturing expertise, particularly with machinery, is favored.

Working hours span from 7 AM to 3 : 30 PM for first shift and 3 : 30 PM to midnight for the second shift.

Qualifications for Success

Mechanical troubleshooters with assembly expertise

Practiced in machine setup for streamlined production

Adept at essential shop mathematics and blueprint evaluations

Basic computing and industrial equipment operation skills

Interaction With Tools & Technologies

Expertise in Press Brake mechanics and Grinding technology application
