Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,900 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Toronto, Guadalajara, Dallas, and Paris.

We're looking for a contract-to-hire Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our Mechanical Engineering team to assist with preventative maintenance tasks, unplanned maintenance, machine upgrades, and other tasks related to process machinery, including mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

You'll report to the Sr. Manager of Operations Engineering and be assigned to work from our Santa Ana, CA office and warehouses.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure quality production
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and track PM schedules for process machinery in the facility
• Perform unplanned maintenance and troubleshooting tasks when the need arises
• Perform machine upgrades and testing
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to implement maintenance logs, best practices, and operator-led maintenance tasks
• Identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements
• Work with cross-functional groups to determine standard maintenance procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Hourly Range : The hourly rate for this position is $30. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
