A Day in the Role
- Start by reviewing your pipeline in the CRM, prioritizing outreach and documenting next steps.
- Build new opportunities through networking, referrals, and confident cold calling.
- Act as a self-driven lead generator, consistently sourcing qualified prospects.
- Nurture existing accounts to encourage renewals and additional business.
- Study the market to spot trends and uncover areas for growth.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to each prospect’s needs.
- Partner with Marketing to develop targeted promotional materials that support your campaigns.
- Push to exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide responsive, high-quality service to every client inquiry.
- Capture activities, notes, and outcomes thoroughly in the CRM for accurate reporting.
What You Bring
Proven success in sales, ideally within a comparable industry.Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Track record of hitting or surpassing sales goals.Fluency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Strong organization and time management.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.Location
