Join Express in Richmond, VA and take point on revenue expansion and client relationship-building. In this role, you’ll blend prospecting savvy with consultative selling to grow our footprint and deliver measurable results.

A Day in the Role

  • Start by reviewing your pipeline in the CRM, prioritizing outreach and documenting next steps.
  • Build new opportunities through networking, referrals, and confident cold calling.
  • Act as a self-driven lead generator, consistently sourcing qualified prospects.
  • Nurture existing accounts to encourage renewals and additional business.
  • Study the market to spot trends and uncover areas for growth.
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to each prospect’s needs.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop targeted promotional materials that support your campaigns.
  • Push to exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide responsive, high-quality service to every client inquiry.
  • Capture activities, notes, and outcomes thoroughly in the CRM for accurate reporting.

What You Bring

  • Proven success in sales, ideally within a comparable industry.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Track record of hitting or surpassing sales goals.
  • Fluency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization and time management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
