Compensation :
- Base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 plus commission.

Location :
This hybrid position is based in Illinois. Travel within the region may be required to meet with clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging industry.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique packaging needs.
- Consult with clients to provide tailored packaging solutions, focusing on cost savings, efficiency, and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Your Ideal Background :
- 2+ years of complex B2B solution sales experience.
- Proven experience closing new business as a Sales Hunter or in a similar role, preferably in Packaging sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
