A local, well established General Contractor is searching for a  Preconstruction manager . This is an amazing opportunity for experienced professionals in the field who are seeking career growth and are passionate about the construction industry. As a Preconstruction Manager, you will play a vital role in project planning, cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning :  Lead preconstruction efforts, including conceptual estimating, budgeting, and feasibility studies for commercial construction projects.
• Budget Management :  Develop detailed cost estimates, monitor budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
• Scheduling :  Collaborate with project teams to create and refine project schedules during the preconstruction phase.
• Subcontractor Management :  Solicit, review, and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal project teams to ensure alignment on project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Risk Analysis :  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
• Process Improvement :  Continuously improve preconstruction processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
