Commercial Staffing Coordinator
Duration : 10 Month Contract
Location : 100% REMOTE - availability to work EST
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordination of interview / field ride process
- Build and maintain relationships with field sales reps to manage their schedule of availability for candidate field rides
- Work with candidates to understand their availability, market sensitivity, vendor credentialing requirements and travel logistics.
Understand the process enough to answer questions and ensure the candidate is set up for success in the day.
- Coordinate travel schedules with our travel agency to ensure travel costs are in line with guidelines and that candidate experience is taken into account
- Track activity and report on field ride metrics
- Schedule & coordinate candidate phone interviews
- Schedule & coordinate hiring manager interviews for internal and external candidates
- Schedule & coordinate recruiting events such as Networking Conferences and Recruiting Days
- Open requsitions in SmartRecruiters system and maintain job postings.
- Assist with onboarding, background check follow up, gaining approvals from hiring managers
- Other duties as assigned
Skill / Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience preferably in staffing / talent acquisition department
- Experience with travel and / or scheduling a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, customer service approach, multi-tasking abilities and good organizational skills required
- Flexible hours including evening and weekend hours (in emergency situations only) as needed
