Scholls Immediate Care is seeking a part-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their clinic in Tigard, Oregon. You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice clinicians and an outstanding support team. Providence Scholls Medical Plaza is a full-spectrum Primary Care facility located in the beautiful community of Tigard, Oregon. The clinic works with patients of all ages and features robust service lines covering Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatric, Urgent Care, Rehabilitation and more. It also has the distinction of being a Primary Palliative Care Certified Clinic as well as earning the Patient-Centered Primary Care Home Clinic Certification. With a dedicated team and patient-centered focus, the Scholls Medical Plaza offers quality care to all it serves.
