What You'll Do
The IT Manager for the system integration team is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the organization's information technology systems. This role provides leadership and direction to the System integration team, ensuring that technology solutions support business objectives while maintaining operational excellence, security, and compliance. The IT Manager will align technological initiatives with organizational goals and deliver high-quality service to stakeholders.
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their potential business impact.
- Technology Operations : Manage the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems for the system integration team.
- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff to drive performance and professional growth; foster a collaborative and innovative team environment; allocate resources effectively to meet business priorities.
- Support : Oversee the system integration process, ensure timely resolution of user issues, maintain service level agreements (SLAs), monitor end-user satisfaction, and collaborate with business units to identify technological needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Project Management : Ensure delivery on time and within scope; apply project management methodologies to drive efficiency and accountability; partner with cross-functional leaders to implement processes.
What You'll Need
7+ years of related IT experience in areas such as App Support, Development, Networking, or similar fields.Bachelor's degree in a related field required.Previous leadership experience required.Proven track record in IT infrastructure management and enterprise systems.Strong knowledge of cloud computing (Azure, AWS).Familiarity with ITIL practices and project management methodologies (PMP or similar certification preferred).Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.Strong business acumen with the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational strategy.Intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.Experience managing technology teams within a specific functional area while ensuring high-quality delivery of complex products or services.Experience with execution KPIs and timelines, with ability to analyze data and summarize findings in reports; use data to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities in collaboration with business and tech leads.Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.May require up to 25% travel.Benefits You'll Love
