About the Opportunity :
We re excited to welcome a Family Medicine physician to our thriving outpatient practice at the County Line Pavilion in Greenwood, Indiana! You ll be joining a group of over 600 dedicated physicians employed by Community Physician Network, a leader in integrated healthcare systems.

Qualifications :
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
