Client Services Manager, AIG Risk Management

How you will create an impact

  • Create / oversee quarterly forecast for Finance and Retail Casualty management
  • Create the Group Captive quarterly accrual and present to management
  • Create premium inception and audit invoices, allowing AIG to invoice at the member level
  • Work with the Underwriters and Captive Managers to create a steady state of batches each month
  • Oversee the Premium Reconciliation process for Group Captives, ensuring correct pay-ins are used on adjustments
  • Create ad hoc metrics reporting and project management
  • Review inquiries to ensure proper reimbursement for Group Captive Accounts
  • Maintain a tracking sheet for each Group Captive account to ensure proper documentation of true ups for Collections

What you'll need to succeed

  • General : Communication (oral and written), problem solving, customer focus, and management and organizational skills
  • Oversee and mentor the staff ensuring compliance and monthly metrics are met
  • Business : Analytical and data presentation, accounting knowledge, insurance (e.g., claims, coverage, etc.), program types, and research / documentation skills
  • Technology : System knowledge (Microsoft Office Excel / Outlook)
