Benefits Transformation Lead
Purpose : The Benefits Transformation Lead will serve as the project manager for the Benefits Workstream within a large, multi-workstream 2-year program to implement Oracle HCM. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end planning, coordination, and facilitation of the benefits workstream activities to successfully implement the benefits module. The Benefits Transformation Lead will work closely with the HR Program Management Office (PMO), other workstream leads, and key stakeholders to deliver program outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget.
Position Responsibilities : Own the Benefits workstream of the broader HR transformation program, including maintenance of the project plan, status reporting, benefit stakeholder alignment and delivery of key milestones. Ensure alignment of the Benefits roadmap with the overall program objectives, interdependencies, and governance processes. Represent the Benefits workstream at program meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation actions. Identify and coordinate interdependencies across other workstreams (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, etc) and ensure risks, issues, and escalations are effectively managed. Monitor and report on KPIs and success metrics for benefits transformation initiatives. Drive testing, implementation, and post-go-live reviews of the Benefits module and policy changes.
Experience and Qualifications : 8+ years of experience in benefits, HR transformation, or program / project management. Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives within a multi-workstream program structure. Strong understanding of benefits design, administration, and compliance. Excellent program management skills, including planning, governance, and execution. Skilled at cross-functional stakeholder management and collaboration. Experience with HR technology and benefits administration platforms a plus
