Employee Benefits Account Manager

Insurance Placement Solutions has an immediate opening for an Employee Benefits Account Manager with our client in the greater Chicagoland area. In this role, you will focus on servicing group benefits accounts and supporting clients with their Life and Health insurance needs.

Employee Benefits Account Manager Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing of group benefits accounts, including renewals, enrollments, and claims support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of plan documents and communications
• Collaborate with carriers and TPAs to resolve issues and ensure timely policy issuance
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing issues and assist employers with claims submissions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system
• Stay current on industry trends, compliance requirements, and product offerings
