Key Responsibilities

Analyze workforce data to generate actionable insights and develop customized reports for clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Extensive experience in a client-facing role within service delivery or workforce management
Advanced expertise in VMS platforms, including configuration and optimization
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with workforce data governance and compliance requirements is preferred
