This is a high-impact leadership role offering an opportunity to influence global tax strategy and guide a talented team within a rapidly evolving business landscape.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead global tax strategy focused on optimizing effective tax rate, cash tax, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee execution of tax planning initiatives, including energy credits, FDII, R&D, and other global incentives.
• Direct and review M&A tax diligence, structuring, and post-acquisition integration.
• Provide executive-level insight on domestic and international tax developments impacting the organization.
• Ensure compliance with global tax laws, reporting, and transfer pricing requirements.
• Manage relationships with external advisors and tax authorities.
• Mentor and develop tax team members while fostering cross-functional partnership with finance, legal, and operations.
• Support quarterly and annual tax provision processes and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA or advanced degree (LL.M. / MST) strongly preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive corporate tax experience, including leadership roles in public accounting or large multinational firms.
• Deep technical knowledge across U.S. and international tax, including GILTI, FDII, BEPS 2.0, and transfer pricing.
• Proven record of managing global projects and M&A transactions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with executive presence.Compensation Range : The salary range for this position is between $180,000 - $200,000.Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
