Production Planner Buyer key focus is making sure the production parts are in and that the amount needed is accurate to support the manufacturing schedule.
Production Planner Buyer Duties :
Manage the planning, ordering and arrival of the goods necessary for the company’s operations
Create monitor and manage PO's
Ensure the capacity / flow of products and materials through the various manufacturing levels
Monitor the inventory and product flow of the semi-finished products from the various departments / multiple manufacturing sites
Monitor inventory modifications and track the movement of all parts
Collect and analyze data using IT tools and management software to identify critical issues and weak points in the supply chain in order to define improvement actions
Prepare and manage ASME technical files for finished products as well as internal non-conformities
Production Planner Buyer is responsible for managing inventory and logistics
Production Planner Buyer Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree
Production Planner Buyer Experience needed :
Several years’ manufacturing experience in a production planning, buyer and supply chain role
