Job description

A company is looking for a Head of Institutional Partnerships & Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Originate, structure, and lead strategic collaborations with banks, asset managers, custodians, exchanges, hedge funds, and fintechs

Own a global pipeline of institutional engagement opportunities, building relationships with C-level decision-makers

Develop and execute the institutional go-to-market strategy across real-world asset infrastructure, digital assets, and cross-border payment use cases

Required Qualifications

10 - 15 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, fintech, or institutional business development roles

Proven ability to structure and close complex, high-value collaborations with institutional players

Deep network across traditional finance and crypto-native ecosystems

Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure and institutional adoption trends

Experience working in a high-growth, web3-native company is highly valued
