JOB SUMMARY:
As the Staff Product Marketing Manager for Workforce Solutions Sales, you will be at the heart of driving marketing strategies for QuickBooks' payroll and HR solutions, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams to hit our ambitious sales targets. Your role involves operationalizing sales strategies to maximize customer and revenue growth, acting as the crucial bridge between various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and efficient go-to-market execution. You'll also be pivotal in adapting and scaling sales tactics across different sales channels to meet annual targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Act as the primary liaison for aligning sales, marketing, product, and customer success functions.
Execute go-to-market plans alongside Product Marketing & Sales, focusing on pricing, product launches, and promotional activities.
Develop and maintain a suite of sales collateral to succinctly communicate product benefits.
Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver impactful training and resources, supporting the achievement of sales goals.
Coordinate with marketing leads to develop targeted campaigns, aiming to generate leads through various touchpoints.
Must have Skills
Strong proficiency in sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Keen analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
Industry Experience:
Experience in financial services marketing, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with the payroll, HR solutions, or similar fields within the SMB or MM sectors.
