The Lash Lounge Chesterfield (TLLC) is a local family owned and operated franchise. We are part of a network of over 100 locations in the United States that offers a complete menu of services including Eye Lash Extensions, Lash Perming, Brow and Lash Tinting, Threading, just to name a few. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concierge / Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your focus will be on sales while providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

• Increase membership sales and retail sales
• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
• Book appointments in person, phone or text
• Represent the salon and improve overall sales
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Attend monthly employee meeting / training
