Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Supervising Senior Accountant. The role is hybrid, requiring the candidate to work from our Tulsa, OK office, with some work-from-home flexibility following success in office work of 6 months. The Supervising Senior Accountant will oversee preparation and review of financial statements, manage journal entries, prepare tax returns, and perform detailed financial analysis. The individual will provide leadership and guidance to junior staff, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and conducting detailed financial analysis
• Proficiency in managing journal entries and understanding broader finance concepts
• Strong analytical skills and experience in tax preparation
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of tax and accounting software and proficiency in QBO, Microsoft Office Suite, and G suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
