Job Description (In-Person Position) :
Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home ABA services focusing on providing distinct and enriching services to those in the ABA community. We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our clinic location in Holly Springs, North Carolina.
The Bright Achievements clinic is open from 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm (hours may be slightly flexible) You will be responsible for providing supervision to a caseload of clients as well as supporting staff throughout the day. This is a small, 3-client clinic. The space is shared with an OT and Speech Therapy company, which allows us to collaborate and coordinate services to better serve our clients. This is a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment, and the majority of the RBTs are student analysts who are looking to learn as much as they can as they work toward their certification.
Duties :
- Provide initial and / or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS
- Conduct functional Behavior Assessments
- Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload
- Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1 : 1 ABA services
- Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires
- Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements
- Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health

Current BCBA certificationMaster’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.Strong interpersonal and writing skillsAbility to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team1+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferredPay : $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
