As a senior recruiter, you will collaborate with leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand business needs and manage the full life cycle recruitment process. You'll design and implement strategies to build pipelines of specialized talent in areas such as data center operations, data center technicians, and critical facility support.
Responsibilities
Partners with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs, set expectations and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy. Sources, screens and facilitates the interview process with a focus on delivering highly qualified candidates in a fast moving, competitive market. Proactively identifies challenges and consults with stakeholders to develop creative solutions. Seeks out tools and technologies to enhance the talent acquisition process, source candidates more effectively and improve the candidate / hiring manager experience. Supports Wesco's commitment to inclusion and diversity by developing partnerships and networks to identify a diverse slate of candidates. Accepts personal responsibility for delivering an excellent candidate experience and building Wesco's reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting with data center recruiting strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience & strong understanding of recruiting policies, practices, and employment law. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and clients. Experience building and driving creative sourcing strategies, including effectively using social media. Strong working knowledge of recruitment tools and systems including applicant tracking systems, resume databases and internet sourcing tools. Effective written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills and organizational skills. Strong client focus, consulting skills and commitment to delivering results via continuous improvement. Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
