Hourly Pay Range :

$35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

MRI Technologist II

Location : Skokie Hospital

Hours : Full time

Shift :

M-F 11 : 30am-8pm, rotating weekends, rotating shifts

Required Travel : none

What you will do :

Perform MRI exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and / or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures

Prepare patients for exam : obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort

Review MRI images to ensure optimum quality

Assist with patient / family participation in post-procedural care for all age groups and provide resource information, as directed

What you will need : License :

ARRT- MR

Education :

Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited program

Certification : CPR required

Experience :

Previous MRI Technologist experience required

Skills :

Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
