AdRoll, a brand of NextRoll, Inc., is seeking an experienced Senior New Business Account Executive to join our Agency Sales team. In this role you will evangelize our full‑funnel performance marketing platform and build strong relationships to win net‑new logos with agency partners.

Responsibilities include : This role is remote in the NYC or Boston metro areas, requiring 50% travel to NYC and around the East Coast.

Impact You’ll Make

  • Leverage your extensive sales acumen to proactively identify, engage, and close high‑value agency partnerships through targeted prospecting, compelling sales calls, and in‑person visits.
  • Partner closely with Product Specialists and Solutions Teams to aggressively promote and sell AdRoll and its expanding suite of features, showcasing our unique value proposition to agency partners and driving rapid adoption.
  • Serve as a conduit between advertisers and product development, synthesizing invaluable feedback to tailor solutions that resonate with agency partners, ultimately driving sales growth.
  • Harness deep industry expertise to deliver consultative sales experiences, offering strategic insights and customized solutions that address each agency partner’s specific needs and challenges.
  • Take charge of proposal development, ensuring a smooth transition from agency prospect to partner and delivering compelling proposals that demonstrate the immense value of partnering with us.

Skills You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 6+ years of sales experience in the Adtech industry, with a focus on selling to mid‑market or independent agencies.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing and programmatic advertising, especially selling to agencies or channel partners.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills—preferably with Excel / Sheets and Salesforce.
  • Curiosity to learn ‘why’ and ‘how’, coupled with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves, self‑starter personality.
  • Consistently achieving quarterly sales quotas for new agency customer acquisition.
  • Unquestioned ethics and clarity around doing the right thing for customers, co‑workers, and the company.
  • Experience on the demand side of a programmatic platform is preferred.

  • Compensation

    Minimum base salary of $100,530 to a maximum of $126,630, plus commission, equity, and benefits. On‑target earnings represent 100% of base (50 / 50 split) and will be paid quarterly based on achievement of sales targets. The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role; actual amounts depend on location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
