US Payroll Systems Coordinator

Position Overview :

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM practice

Our client is looking for a US Payroll Systems Coordinator to oversee all aspects of managing their ADP HRIS (Enterprise V6, eTime), including support of a migration to global WorkForceManager for time.

Responsibilities :

• Provide client-side ADP systems expertise for client's EV6, eTime and upcoming WFM systems
• Support integrations, system maintenance and workflows as appropriate
• Manage the development and production of reporting for all stakeholders
• Drive proactive communication across HR, Benefits, Payroll, Finance and global organization
• Collaborate with ADP team to ensure alignment with client expectations
• Make recommendations around training and documentation needs for user base

Pre-requesites :

Level of Effort : Full-time, remote position

Immediate start date with duration of 6 months and the possibility of extending.
