Office Manager

Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and functional work environment.

- Coordinate facilities management by addressing maintenance issues and liaising with vendors.
- Organize schedules and manage calendars to facilitate effective communication across departments.
- Monitor and manage office budgets while maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Promote adherence to office policies and encourage a culture of professionalism and collaboration.
- Oversee accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payment handling.
- Perform receptionist duties by managing correspondence and welcoming guests.
Requirements :
