Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is a hands-on leader who takes full command of parts inventory, warehouse operations, and distribution activities. This role ensures materials move through every stage efficiently, accurately, and safely. You'll lead a skilled team, coordinate with multiple departments, and use ERP to drive performance, visibility, and accountability across the operation.

You'll maintain optimal stock levels, deliver on schedule, and uphold the company's standards for quality, accuracy, and service. This position requires operational discipline, sound judgment, and a leadership style that earns respect on the floor and in the boardroom alike.

Key Responsibilities

Parts & Warehouse Operations

• Direct all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory through forecasting, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Design and maintain an efficient warehouse layout that supports smooth material flow and maximizes space.
• Oversee parts distribution to manufacturing, service centers, and external customers, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Partner with procurement, production, and service teams to anticipate demand and prevent delays.
• Ensure consistent Epicor utilization for tracking, accuracy, and full visibility of materials movement.
• Uphold operational discipline—accuracy, safety, and efficiency are the foundation of performance.
