We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at McGrath Honda of St. Charles

Position : Overnight Honda Automotive Dealership Service Advisor Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM - NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and initiate the service write-up process during the overnight shift.
• Listen attentively to customers' vehicle concerns, accurately documenting information for technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about the progress of their service and any additional recommendations.
• Provide detailed explanations of service options, including pricing, and obtain customer approvals for recommended repairs.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of service tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
• Generate accurate and detailed repair orders, ensuring billing accuracy and proper documentation.
• Process payments and provide receipts for customers, maintaining secure transactions during the night shift.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in the Service industry preferred
• Willingness to participate in training to gain knowledge of Honda vehicles, their systems, and maintenance requirements.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Willingness to participate in training to maximize proficiency in dealership management systems and service software.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks during the overnight shift.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate the overnight shift hours.
