    How you make a difference

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the hiring process by handling administrative and operational tasks related to candidate documentation, data accuracy, and onboarding coordination. They prepare and track offer materials, audit records for compliance, and ensure timely completion of pre-employment screenings. This role facilitates communication between Talent Acquisition and HRIS to maintain accurate hiring data. Additionally, they help maintain recruiting systems and reports, provide candidate support, and contribute to process improvement within the TA team.

    Key Responsibilities

    Prepare, send, and track offer letters and documentation for accuracy and timely completion

    Monitor background checks and screenings, ensuring follow-up on delays or issues

    Audit candidate and requisition data for compliance with company standards

    Coordinate with HRIS to ensure complete and accurate onboarding information

    Maintain documentation, support recruiters, and contribute to workflow improvements

    Qualifications & Requirements

    EDUCATION

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

    EXPERIENCE

    1–2 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or administrative support role

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms strongly preferred

    LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS

    None

    Our office is relocating to the Cool Springs / Brentwood area.This is a full-time onsite position, requiring in-office presence four days per week, with Fridays designated as remote work from home.
