We’re seeking Packaging Technicians to join our trailblazing team, crafting premium cannabis beverages with precision and innovation. If you’re fueled by passion, hustle, and a drive to redefine quality, this is your shot to grow with us.

Shift :   Monday - Friday 6 : 30am - 3pm

• Assemble, label, and pack cannabis beverages with speed and precision to exceed quality standards.
• Optimize workflows by spotting inefficiencies to meet or exceed daily quotas without sacrificing safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace, adhering to food safety protocols and driving team innovations.
• Record production data accurately to ensure seamless operations and product traceability.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, embracing new tools, shifts, and overtime as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED; packaging or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a collaborative mindset eager to innovate and improve.
• Flexibility to handle evolving roles, varying shifts, and overtime in a scaling company.
• Clear communication and a safety-first approach to maintain high industry standards.
• Positive attitude with a hunger to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
• Strong manual dexterity for repetitive tasks like labeling and palletizing with precision.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds in a bustling facility for most of the shift.
• Comfort working in a noisy, high-energy environment with frequent interruptions.
• Capacity to maintain strict personal hygiene to meet cannabis industry regulations.
