What You'll Do
Primary EA Support to the CEOManage complex scheduling, inbox prioritization, meeting preparation, executive communications, and strategic task management.
Board Meeting Support : Coordinate board materials, prepare agendas, manage follow-ups, and serve as a liaison when needed. Previous experience working with boards is essential.Communication & Liaison : Draft and send high-level communications on behalf of the CEO with clarity and professionalism.Travel Coordination : Manage frequent and intricate international travel, including private plane bookings and multi-residence logisticsExecutive Team Support : Flexibility to assist other executives as needed, particularly when the CEO is in high-output mode.Who You Are
Experienced with C-level : You've supported C-level executives, ideally CEOs, and understand the nuances of working with high-powered leaders.Operationally Excellent : Flawless calendar management, impeccable attention to detail, and strong writing skills are a must.Proactive & Hungry : You anticipate needs, chase down answers, and never let a ball drop. You thrive when there's too much to do — not too little.High Discretion & Judgment : You'll be handling sensitive information daily. Trust is everything.Travel-Savvy : You know how to manage international and private air travel, understand customs and entry requirements, and can handle logistics across time zones.Board-Level Experience : You've worked with or directly supported a Board of Directors and understand the flow and formality required.Degreed : Earned a 4-yr college degreeSalary & Perks & Culture
