Quality Assurance Technician

Duties and Contributions :

• Utilize mechanical tools within the Quality department to accomplish tasks efficiently.
• Navigate and employ systems such as the Quality Response System, Baan NC Maintenance, and Inventory Transactions Sessions.
• Facilitate the proficient rework of items from the non-conforming warehouse, meeting deadlines with precision.
• Track and address non-conformities in materials and methods to avert operational challenges.
• Handle equipment including label machines, weigh scales, forklifts, and more.
• Engage in product disassembly and diagnosis for evaluative purposes.
• Collaborate within a team setup, enriching skills and promoting productivity.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, ensuring a workplace free of hazards.
• Implement 5S principles daily to sustain a streamlined and orderly environment.
• Embark on additional tasks as instructed by leadership.
