Job Summary

Designers hone in on the real issues that people are trying to solve, not on pushing a product that people dont need. Designers meet with potential customers in their homes, who ask for advice, design recommendations, and expertise with regards to their organizational needs. Designers are detail-oriented, empathetic, engaged, and enthusiastic hard workers who understand how to treat people with respect and dignity.

By designing and installing pull-out drawers and other organizational solutions, we give our customers more space, organization, and frustration-free access to the items they use every day. We are growing in the Miami-Dade area and looking to hire people-oriented Designers to sell our organizational solutions. We provide the training, and you provide the passion and motivation.
