Job description
A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor for CA Jurisdiction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
Promote best practices in claims handling and drive talent development through hiring and training
Manage team workloads and client communications while utilizing technology to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled
Claims background in Workers Compensation, indemnity / lost time
1 - 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
