Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting delivery leads with end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues.

Required Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management, OR 9 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management.
• Ability to influence and execute.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and make trade-off decisions.
• Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.
• Business acumen and application domain knowledge.
• Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting.
• Customer relationship management.
• SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
• Vendor / SLA management.
• Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages.
• Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS.
• Knowledge of DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process.
• Experience with Project / portfolio management tools - MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP.
• Oral & written communications.
• Teamwork and collaboration.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range : $100,000.00 - $180,700.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
