Pay : Competitive base salary + commission

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager for a leading logistics and transportation company. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, client relations, and logistics operations, with a passion for building long-term partnerships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company revenue goals

Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing for potential clients

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications :

3+ years of business development or sales experience (preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain)

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of logistics operations, freight forwarding, or distribution preferred

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
