We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring safe and efficient operations in our manufacturing unit. The successful candidate will leverage advanced optimization techniques to enhance process reliability and drive technological improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate unit performance by tracking key process indicators (KPIs) and key operating parameters (KOPs).
- Support safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance through active participation in safety assessments and incident investigations.
- Troubleshoot and optimize processes to address performance gaps and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead root cause analyses to resolve technical issues within the unit.
- Develop and implement dynamic operational models to optimize performance under various conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and vet innovative process improvement ideas.
- Manage environmental compliance and become the technical expert on related permits.
- Provide technical training to operators and support production planning and execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical.Minimum of 10 years of experience in the chemical industry with a strong background in process optimization.Proficiency in ASPEN products, heat transfer, and hydraulics.Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in a complex environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Availability for off-hours plant support is essential.Why This Opportunity is Exceptional
