Alamo Restaurant & Theater Manager
Compensation Range : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Plus Incentive Bonus Based on Performance

Alamo Restaurant & Theater Managers assist the GM in running the day-to-day operations of our venues. They oversee all manner of operations including but not limited to teammate development, quality assurance, event execution, scheduling, ordering, inventory, facilities maintenance, production, and most importantly supporting the team's & guest's experience. They are seasoned restaurant and theater managers with a deep passion for creating experiences and amazing environments in which their teams may thrive. Core Role Responsibilities
Within assigned area of responsibility (Bar, Guest Attendants, Concierge, Events, etc.), manages all COGs and maintains relationships with relevant vendorsReports back to GM with success and opportunities in operations model to continuously improveMay assist in the execution of the monthly inventory processExecutes on action items derived and assigned from P&L and OER analysis by GMOptimize The Guest Experience
Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational GuidelinesLead service from the floor, coordinating the front-of-house team and assisting as neededField patron complaints, taking action to transform unsatisfactory experiences into new opportunities for the team to impressMonitor patron feedback for new ideas, inspiration, and opportunitiesEnsure execution of operational and safety protocolsUphold standards of facility and equipment within the venueLead Your Team
Develop a team to build a bench and execute L&D as a means of improving retentionContinuously identifies and develops the hourly key leaders in their venueTrack performance issues and conduct coaching conversations with team membersCelebrate successes with their teamQualifications
Proven leadership and motivational skills along with displaying a professional appearance and being a positive role model. Must hold self and others accountable to consistently maintain high performance and behavior standardsIdeally previous management experience in the Hospitality, Restaurant, and / or Entertainment industry in a similar roleBasic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and G-Suite) and office skills requiredStrong communication skills; ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise mannerEffective and efficient problem-solving capabilitiesExperience monitoring and maintaining positive guest relationsComfortable with multi-tasking and adapting on the flyPhysical Requirements
Must be able to execute light lifting and transport items medium distances, up to 50 lbsMust be able to stand in one place for extended periodsAble to walk up and down stairs many times over a course of hoursPositions oneself to duck out of view of the guests in the theatersOperates POS entry using touch-screen devicesComfortable being in a kitchen environment, housed with equipment including an oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, fryer, steamer, mixer, and chef's knives.
