We are seeking a visionary Creative Director with deep expertise in brand identity development,

package design, in-store display experience, and omni-channel campaign creation. This role is

ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on creative leader who thrives on storytelling, brand

building, and delivering cohesive experiences across print, digital, social, and e-commerce

platforms.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team to craft compelling brand narratives, elevate visual identity

systems, and drive creative excellence across all consumer touchpoints. Your work will directly

influence how our brand is perceived, experienced, and remembered.

Main Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Strategy

Develop and evolve brand identity systems that are distinctive, scalable, and aligned

with business goals.

Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.

Translate brand strategy into compelling visual and verbal storytelling.

Packaging & In-Store Design

Lead the design and development of packaging that is innovative, functional, and

brand-aligned.

Oversee in-store display concepts that enhance shopper engagement and drive conversion.

Omni-Channel Campaign Development

Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns that span print, digital, social media, and

e-commerce.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution

across platforms.

Use data and insights to optimize creative performance and consumer engagement.

Creative Leadership

Inspire and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.

Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Manage external creative partners and agencies as needed.

Storytelling & Brand Building

Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences.

Champion the brand voice and visual language across all communications.

Continuously refine and elevate the brand experience based on market trends and

consumer feedback.

About You

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in brand design, packaging, and campaign development.

Proven track record of leading successful omni-channel campaigns.

Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, and retail design.

Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail environments, and digital ecosystems.

Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.

Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.

Familiarity with sustainability trends and inclusive design practices.

Experience in the beauty / CPG industry is a plus.
