ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to support our Columbia, PA foundry environment. This role is responsible for leading complex capital projects, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with OEMs to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proven project management skills, and the ability to manage an annual capital expenditure budget of up to $10 million.

How You Will Help

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of capital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints.
• Manage an annual CapEx budget of $10 million, including forecasting, cost control, and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with OEMs to specify, procure, and integrate equipment and systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Present project updates and performance metrics to senior leadership.
