Job description
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist (HEDIS).
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and maintenance of quality improvement projects related to HEDIS Hybrid Operations
Train providers, health plans, and staff in continuous quality improvement methodologies and HEDIS abstraction processes
Monitor performance on established contractual quality indicators and analyze results
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Quality
Valid state clinical license preferred (i.e., LPN, RN)
Experience in quality performance improvement plans (PIPs) utilizing the PDSA model
Experience in clinical support for medical record abstraction and audits
Ability to analyze, track, and trend quality performance results
